Card rip sites let you open real trading card packs online, any time, without waiting for a box in the mail. Not every site gives you the same value. Buyback rates, published odds, card quality and shipping costs vary a lot between platforms. We compare them side by side so you can pick the right site for the cards you collect and the budget you have.
What is a card rip site?
A card rip site sells sealed packs of physical trading cards that you open digitally or on a live stream. Every card you pull is a real card, usually authenticated and graded, and stored in the platform's insured vault. After the rip you choose what happens next: keep the card in your vault, ship it to your door, or sell it back to the site for an instant payout.
How we rate card rip sites
We review every platform we list and score each site out of 10 on the six things that matter most to collectors:
Buyback: the instant buyback rate, whether it pays cash or site credit, and how fast it pays. This decides how much value you keep from cards you don't want.
Odds transparency: published pull odds, floor value and average pack value, so you can judge a pack before you pay for it.
Card quality: authentic cards graded by PSA, BGS or CGC. Verified cards hold their value and are easy to resell.
Shipping and vault: shipping fees, delivery time, tracking and insured storage, so your cards get home safely.
Pack range and price: sports and TCG packs across a range of price points, to fit the cards you collect and the budget you set.
Access and support: available states, age checks, payment methods and customer support, so you can sign up, pay and get help easily.
We recheck every site regularly, so scores and offers on this page stay current. Some sites pay us a commission when you sign up through our links, which may influence which sites appear and in what order. See our Advertising Disclosure for details.
Which rip site is right for you?
You want value back: look for a high buyback rate paid in cash, not site credit only.
You collect one game or sport: check that the site offers packs for it at the price you want to pay.
You want to keep your cards: compare shipping fees and how long cards can stay in the vault.
You are new to rips: start with lower-priced packs on a site that publishes its odds.
Buyback and odds, explained
Buyback is the price a site pays to take a card back right after you pull it, shown as a share of the card's market value. For example, an 85% buyback on a card worth $100 pays you $85, usually within seconds. Pack odds show your chance of pulling each tier of card, and the average pack value shows what a pack returns on average. Most packs are worth less than their price on average, so these numbers help you see what you are paying for before you open.
How to spot a trustworthy rip site
Pull odds and pack values are published before you buy.
Cards are graded by recognized companies such as PSA, BGS or CGC.
Buyback rates, shipping fees and vault rules are clearly stated in the terms.
The site has secure checkout, real company details and responsive support.
Be careful with sites that hide their odds, only pay buyback in site credit, or make shipping hard to request.
Rip responsibly
Every pack is random and buyback is always below 100% of card value. Treat card rips as entertainment, not an investment, set a budget before you start and stick to it. You must be 18 or older (21+ where required) to buy packs.
